Used, though hard to tell just how much. I can see three separate reel foot impressions on the seat and a hint of grip soiling but no casting cracks at the ferrule wraps. Fast dry fly action. Matte impregnated style finish. The wraps are brown with a heavy epoxy finish. The stripper looks more like amber color glass rather than agate. Chrome
